  • Among the best short guides for Australia are the Australian Copyright Council's 'Multimedia Producers and Copyright' (Bulletin Number 87). This is not available on-line but paper copies can be purchased from the Council.
  • Web Law FAQ A classic site which discusses some often asked questions about copyright on the Internet. Maintained by the legal firm of Oppedahl and Larson. CAUTION: as with other US copyright and IP sites (and there are many) this FAQ is from the standpoint of US law - Australian copyright law may vary in some respects.
