Legal Agreements for Multimedia and Internet Projects

One of the challenges for small multimedia businesses is to have basic legal agreements in place for such things as client work, hiring of contractors, sub-contracts, assignment of copyright, and licensing of intellectual property.

QANTM has teamed with Phillips Fox, Lawyers ('Phillips Fox') to develop a set of basic plain English legal agreement templates for use by small multimedia businesses.

Each agreement can be downloaded in Word 2000 format, from the list provided in the following pages.
